I enjoyed my stay here, especially for its proximity to the gorgeous Schlossgarten, just under 2 kilometers away, and the charming Marketplace Square, which is about 900 meters from the hotel. having such beautiful walking areas and cultural landmarks so close made my weekend explorations absolutely delightful. Although the staff could enhance their approach to guest interactions, the accommodations were quite comfortable and well-updated.

We had such a fun time bonding as a family at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond by providing us with a crib and baby amenities right when we checked in. This thoughtful touch made our stay even more enjoyable as we felt welcomed and cared for.

In my wife’s opinion, the room could benefit from better soundproofing.

My stay at Novotel in Karlsruhe surpassed my expectations. The newly renovated standard queen room provided a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the metro for city exploration. Only downside, limited seating in common areas could be improved.
